Our team takes great care in preparing your order. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia and are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for dispatch during holiday and sale periods.

If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, your parcel will be redirected to the carrier’s designated drop-off point or delivery station.

Some couriers may offer an Authority to Leave (ATL) option, allowing the driver to leave your parcel at the delivery address without a signature if they deem the location safe.

Orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations across our Australian fulfilment hubs, so your order may arrive in separate parcels.
